These terms of service apply to the entire contents of this site, as well as the products, services and blog of The Astrology Lady and Meet My Star Match.
***For Entertainment Purposes Only*** All clients and recipients of consulting services make their OWN executive decisions about their lives WITH The Astrology Lady’s professional astrological expertise.
Registration
To be a member of this site, order services, or to be a subject within an astrological case study you must be at least 18 years old. You may not register for anyone other than yourself.
Cancellation/Termination/Refunds
You have the right to cancel your membership, affiliation, and/or services at any time. However, the fees associated with your membership or services will NOT be refunded unless agreed upon by both parties prior to. Your preliminary work for your session begins within 24/72 hours after of receipt of payment. Immediately after your purchase you will receive your confirmation e-mail which will include a link to your client questionnaire & a link for my calendar to schedule your appointment right away. PLEASE be sure to check your SPAM folder just in case it was filtered there by your email provider. Most of my work is already COMPLETE at the time of your session therefore, REFUNDS ARE NULL & VOID. Store credit will be authorized or services can be gifted to an alternate party. We also have the right to terminate a membership and/or affiliation at any time for any reason.
Use of Service (Updated - 02/01/2023)
***Please Allow 14-30 Business Day for ANY Services To Be Rendered***
***Once you PLACE an ORDER, sessions must be BOOKED within 90 days of purchase!*** (On the 91st day ALL funds will be FORFEITED!)
***Once you are a RETURNING CLIENT, you will receive DISCOUNTED FOLLOW-UP sessions when booked within 6 MONTHS of your last consultation! Premium Packages are discounted at Appy’s discretion only! Otherwise it’s FULL PRICE! Clients who haven’t had a session in OVER this 6 month window will be asked to book an intro session at FULL PRICE!
We work diligently here @ The Astrology Lady to render services as quickly as possible. Majority of the time your session will be completed well within the 7-14 Business day time frame.
***If the 14-30 Business Day policy is exceeded you will be contacted via e-mail and/or phone number in order to negotiate feasible compensation and/or immediate urgency to rectify the business matter***
!!!NO REFUNDS!!!
***Each session comes with an ALLOTTED amount of time/minutes. If you exceed those minutes at the sound of the timer, you will be alerted by Appollonia a.k.a The Astrology Lady that you are NOW in OVERTIME. You will be invoiced at the close of your session for those remaining minutes of service. YOU can end YOUR session AT ANY MOMENT, without any discretion. You will receive an itemized receipt with exact calculations for your timed & recorded sessions, for quality assurance purposes. You will have 24 HRS to close out your invoice without it assessing a LATE FEE. If this balance is not rendered within 35 days, it could result in EXPULSION from services & content of The Astrology Lady Enterprises, LLC.***
***Each session comes with a recorded copy of your consultation, as well as “homework” assignments issued by Appy for the clients greater good! If you ever lose or misplace your copy of your consultation. There is a $25.99 replacement fee for duplicate copies of previous sessions within (1) year of it’s expiration. There is a $49.99 replacement fee for duplicate copies of previous sessions within (2) years of it’s expiration. Any session beyond (2) years old will have to be order to be replaced, so prices are subject to change.
Relationship/Marital Advice
It is important to note that our advice on marriage or long-term relationships is strictly our advice. We provide options, but you still remain responsible for the decisions on who is right for you.
Furthermore, we do not have a contractual obligation, moral or ethical responsibility or the technical means to:
verify the identity of persons who register as Members or use our Services
verify or monitor Member Content (although we do reserve the right to monitor Member Content if we consider it appropriate to do so)
As a member, you should exercise judgement and caution when meeting new people, even on this site. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for false statements of our members.
Privacy
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY IS A MUST! We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any other party. Your information is strictly to be used in the services we provide for our astrological services & care.
